Developed the Roll’d Australia brand through new food retail store design and development. Project managed new store projects through Strategic Retail Planning, Concept Development, Store Design, Branding and Graphics, and Design and Construction Management. Successfully managed 32 new store developments in 12 months.

PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

2014 – Ascended Mt. Everest Base Camp

Joined an expedition in the Nepalese Himalayas and ascended 5400m over 18 days.
