Bringing the vibrant and fresh Hawaiian Poke Bowl sensation to Australia, revolutionised the Melbourne Office Lunch scene! Recreating this iconic and colourful brand into exciting (and often tiny!) inner city locations has proven a challenge and a joy.

Poked Madame Brussels lane was not without its share of challenges. An unusual site required a unique layout design, and limited shopfront alterations meant the interior space had to really shine to attract the busy city office crowd! Sharing the excitement with a client over seeing their business grow is the real achievement.
