Pick-A-Stick is a small taste-test for the Melbourne food scene. A collaboration between a heavy-weight restauranteur and a celebrated Chef looking to introduce Melbourne Foodies to the BBQ side of Chinese cuisine. No ordinary Chinese dishes here, with everything cooked over hot coals and open flame the Pick-A-Stick menu is barbecued exclusively on (you guessed it) wooden sticks!
